Our mission is to provide life-changing services to youth through substance use prevention education, counseling, and housing. Our vision is a community where all youth possess the necessary skills to successfully navigate life’s challenges.

Almost Home Kids provides a bridge from hospital to home through an innovative community-based care system for children with medical complexities. We respond to the needs of families, train caregivers, offer respite care, advocate for accessibility and inclusion and educate healthcare professionals.

Through the help of our program partners and supporters, Bridge Communities provides free transitional housing to 100+ DuPage County families each year. During the two years each family spends in our program, they are able to save money, learn budgeting skills, and obtain better employment, so they can live self-sufficiently once they graduate.

Families Helping Families is a grassroots neighborhood organization started by a Naperville mom in 1994, with the sole focus of helping families facing homelessness in DuPage County. FHF provides apartments and supportive services to families while they work to reclaim their lives.

As a Christian nonprofit organization, Feed My Starving Children is called to feed God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit.  With God’s help we will work together with organizations and ministries across the globe to end hunger.
