Giving Tuesday is here, and this year, F3 Naperville is stepping up in a big way! We’re excited to launch a full-day Giving Tuesday campaign to build on the momentum from our recent 5K race and drive even greater impact for our community.
Here’s the Plan:
- When: Giving Tuesday – All Day 12/2/25
- Goal: Accelerate the funds raised during the 5K to support the charities YOU selected and other impactful initiatives.
- How to Donate: We’ll provide donation links so you can easily contribute.
- Special Incentive: Donate $100 or more, and you’ll receive a F3 Nike Baseball Cap or Seat Cover to show off your support! Donate $250 and get a sweet F3 Duffle Bag.
Where Will the Proceeds Go?
The F3 Naperville Foundation will survey the region afterwards to determine where the proceeds will go.
Additionally, you’ll have the option to donate to the F3 Naperville Growth & Culture Fund, which helps fuel growth and support initiatives discussed in our updated vision below.
A New Vision for Greater Impact
In early 2024, the F3 Naperville Foundation evaluated our strategy and identified the need for a pivot. We’ve always strived to turn your generosity into local impact by funding local charities, however we realized that by focusing externally, we neglected the needs of F3 Naperville. Early in the year, we launched the Culture and Growth fund to support and give back to our region. And in 2025, we will sharpen our focus to ensure we help accelerate the growth of F3 Naperville and our surrounding region.
Our mission remains to accelerate the growth of F3 in the western suburbs of Chicago and amplify the impact that F3 makes on the community through service and generosity. The shift comes in how we fulfill our mission.
How We Fulfill Our Mission:
- Supporting local charities aligned with our purpose by deploying funds raised from events
- Funding PAX-led projects with measurable community impact
- Promoting health, wellness, and 2nd F connectivity through F3 events
- Supporting operations and planting new regions/foundations
Our early 2024 realization sparked new action and your contribution to the Culture and Growth Fund led us to a few incredible outcomes in 2024 including:
- Startup of F3 Outlands
- Rolled out on-site coffeeteria
- Contributed to convergence workouts in new ways
- Supported startup of new AOs with branding & flags
