Incase there is an emergency we ask all PAX who workout with us to have the following information in their SLACK Profiles:

• Enter your I.C.E.’s contact information in the title field.
• Enter your cell phone number in the cell phone number field.
• Enter your real name in the full name field.
• Enter your f3 name in the display name field.

This should have been done during your onboarding process. If you have any issues please reach out to your local Site Q.
