A new tool that will revolutionize F3 Naperville Site Qs and make us the envy of all F3 Regions. Let me introduce you to the new FNG Onboarding Tool Powered By MailChimp.
With this tool Site Qs can collect FNG information in a secure fashion and the FNG will get automated messaging with one form.
How Does this FNG Onboard Form work?
- A site Q will ask the FNG after the workout to go get his phone and
- Tell the FNG to go to the front page of https://f3naperville.com
- scroll all the way to the bottom.
- There they will find a button that says Collect FNG Info. Click it.
- The Site Q make sure the FNG fill out the info and presses send.
- After the send button is pressed it opens the FNG Onboarding Page for the FNG to explore.
- This will trigger a email to get sent to the FNG asking them to confirm the subscription
- After the FNG confirms they will get a FNG Onboarding email
What are the benefits of this new tool?
- We collect information in a secure fashion
- We track where the FNG is coming from (Which AO he posted at).
- Only one button is needed.
- The Button is easy to find,
- FNGs are added to our Gloomberg Mailing list.
- We can expand the functionality in the future with an automatic text message as well.
