Buy a coupon and find an FNG or bring back someone off the Kotters List.First… join the channel #june2023-csaup so we know who’s in Next…. buy an extra coupon And theeeeeeen… On June 12th start EHing that sad clown or pull someone out of their FARTSACK from the Kotters List..Annnnnd theeeeeenn until you get the FNG or PAX from the Kotter’s list out to the gloom perform 25 reps of each of the following..
- Chest press
- Curls
- Skull crushers
- Overhead press
- Coupon swings
- Squats
Each day a PAX has the extra coupon they add on 5 more reps. For example, June 12=25 reps, June 13=30 reps, etc. Once you find an FNG or bring back someone off the Kotters List give them the shiny new coupon and you’re off the hook. Unless you want to perform the exercises in solidarity with the other PAX that haven’t brought someone out. Finally, exercises are to be done before or after workouts anything completed during a workout doesn’t count. If you can’t or don’t post and you still have the coupon… add 10 reps to the base of the day. So you don’t post on the 14th and you still have your coupon… that’d be 45 reps.
