Here ye here ye… A new F3 Naperville AO is opening on Friday, September 22, 2023!!

The latest AO in the F3 Naperville Central’s AO Portfolio located in Woodridge, IL. This AO will be named Noonan’s Ridge after Steve “Noonan” Keough. 

Pax chose to name the AO after @Noonan because he had such a positive and lasting impact on everyone he met.  It’s not difficult to understand why everyone loved Noonan:  It’s because he loved everyone, and he let people know he loved them through his actions and his words.  To close out his 50th birthday Q COT, after noting the importance of F3 in his own life, he said, “I love you guys.”  Those words were striking because most of us don’t say them often enough, even to our own family, but Noonan said it to us; and it was powerful when he said it because it was sincere.  He was as genuine a guy as we’ll ever know.
