To align with our mission, F3 is set up as a Starfish organization – meaning each of the appendages is self-sufficient. When separated from the core, it grows into a Starfish of its own. F3 chose the Starfish as its organizational model in order to harness the genius and energy of the many leaders within its ranks and allow for more organic expansion.
F3 Naperville is growing and expanding thanks to the consistent dedication of our proud PAX. As a result of this continued growth, the West AOs will be splitting off to become their own region.
On September 28th, 2024, F3 Naperville West will officially embark on a new chapter, forging their own path by transitioning from F3 Naperville and establishing our own region, F3 Outlands.
But as iron sharpens iron, our journey continues. We have forged our own path—united by a shared vision, bound by our commitment to invigorating male leadership, and driven by the challenge to grow stronger together. F3 Outlands represents that vision, a region built by men who are ready to take ownership of their future and leave their own mark on the landscape of F3.

This is not just a geographical split, but the creation of a new region born from the fire of our shared mission: to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
