🤪 Former Nant’an’s Back to His Old Tricks: The Odyssey 2025! 🤪
Remember that time a Nant’an named Bean Counter lost his mind and created The Odyssey back in ’23? Yeah, he’s at it again! We missed the chaos last year, so we’re bringing it back with a slightly less insane (but still plenty crazy) twist!
Forget teams – we’re rolling as one glorious, sweaty mob. We’ll be hitting up 4 AOs in an out-and-back adventure that’ll have you questioning your life choices (in a good way, we promise!). Expect mini-beatdowns, questionable jokes, and a whole lot of camaraderie.
Why You Should Subject Yourself to This:
- “Fun” (Bean Counter’s Definition): Running, rucking, biking, and mini-beatdowns. What’s not to love?
- Brotherhood: We’re suffering together, which makes it… fun?
- Lincoln Games Prep: Consider this your official “Welcome to the Pain Train” pre-game.
Gear List (Because You’ll Need It):
- Ruck (because apparently we like suffering)
- Bike (for some “scenic” views)
- Bike Lock (don’t want anyone stealing your getaway vehicle)
- Shoes (because running barefoot is a bad idea)
- Snacks (for when you question your life choices)
The (Loose) Plan:
Times below are just a suggestion – we’ll see where the wind (and Bean Counter’s whims) take us. We’ve got some brave souls helping with logistics, but we need more! Want to join for a leg? Want to help out? DM Bean Counter on Slack before he looses his mind completely.
April 12th. One Month Out from Lincoln Games. Let’s Do This (or at least try)!
The journey of the Odyssey will start at Western Tip of the Region…Our very own F3 Eola…err…we mean Citadel. (Eola Community Center – 555 S Eola Rd (South Lot), Aurora, IL 60504).
The fun starts at 5:45 AM on April 12, 2025.

Disclaimer
F3 is a free workout, open to all men of all fitness levels. Everyone who participates in any F3 event, does so at their own discretion and assumes all risks of injury and/or death.
The Odyssey Challenge (“Challenge”) is not a requirement for F3 membership. Everyone who participates is doing so voluntarily and understanding all of the risks involved.
The Challenge, including the disciplines involved and the routes are suggestions only, and similar to everything else related to F3, are optional and should be modified as needed.
The Challenge-course route does cross streets and does require PAX to traverse terrain where no sidewalks are present. PAX understand the risks involved in crossing such streets and terrain.
Again, participation in the Challenge is voluntary and all risks are assumed by the participants. All participants release the leadership of F3 Nation, The F3 Naperville Region and The F3 Naperville Foundation from any and all losses sustained or injuries suffered.
