26 PAX from F3 Naperville and Chicago tackled the Chicago Spartan in Richmond over the weekend. The team fought through the mud to finish together on the hot Sunday morning. Well done, gents!!

Inaugural Dad’s Day workout was a HUGE success. 74 dads and 2.0s gathered at the Outpost for a morning full of burpees, sprints, food and foam (thanks ICBINB). The day was nothing less than epic for all involved and there will be pictures to follow documenting this day. Stay tuned!

26 PAX showed up at the Outpost to honor our fallen Service men and women. The men of F3 Naperville took on the Murph challenge (1-mile, 100-pullups, 200-merkins, 300 squats, 1 mile) on 5/28 Memorial Day. Food and fellowship was enjoyed afterwards on this hot and humid Monday.
