Introduction
How do you follow up a full body beat down… laid down by Hootie. You take a poll and get sphincter as the most commonly requested muscle group to work out. The resulting work out is what follows:

Listening to life kit on npr and they had Daniel Pink on talking about his new book The Power of Regret. It highlighted that a backwards looking negative emotion has a lot to teach us. First if you know what people regret them you can find out what they value in the reverse. It also highlights that as we get older universally people regret things that they didn’t do more than things that they did. You can always make amends but you can’t go to a funeral 10 years later.
