Two Wolves Preblast – 8/24/21 – 5:15am
Join YHC for a tour of the AO utilizing some of the unique features that are only found here. Plus some that are found everywhere. Gonna give the Viscious Circle a try. Should be fun. We will be on and off the pavement. Coupons and Gloves are required.

Partner lap was Bear crawls for 20 yards, then mosey up and over the Cargo Net and back to your Partner.
Mosey towards to Baseball diamond. Decide on an on the fly to audible to the basketball courts.
Thang 2:
Vicious Circle
Single file mosey around the perimeter of the basketball courts. Last 2 PAX run to the center of the courts and do 5 Foxholes. Then run to the front of the line….(this part was tough for some)
Started with a simple mosey, switched into some side shuffles/Bernie Sanders on a few laps, ended with some bear crawls for a length of the lap.

I’m a fan of the Vicious Circle. I think there is a lot that can be done with it while keeping PAX together.
The cadence during Mary was crisp and loud on the rep count from the PAX, didn’t think that would be something that would stand out as much as it did. Thanks to the 12 Pax that entrusted me with their post today.
