Circle of Trust
Father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer back in February. He has various organs affected, but the cancer is primarily concentrated in the GI tract. He also has diabetes. Everyone, including his doctors, says he needs to work less, exercise more, and improve his diet. All these things would extend the life he has left. He has not followed any of these recommendations. His poor diet, which includes many fast-food meals, directly contributes to his diabetes and his cancer. My whole life I have been asking him to work less. I have explained to him that a good diet would vastly improve his ability to manage his diabetes. He has not reduced his work hours and he continues to eat primarily fast-food. Not even the threat of imminent oncoming death has moved the needle towards improving his habits. Keep coming to F3! Continue to accelerate your fitness; this includes maintaining a proper diet! Maintain those good habits!

This was my 1st Broga Q. Patchouli was THE source of our Broga for F3 Naperville, and I have taken it over since he has moved to DC. I really appreciate all the PAX that came for this sort of VQ. There is much to be improved. I need to slow down, and I did not get to a couple of the poses that I wanted to. Cowbell and Speaker City provided much needed energy and positivity. It seemed like many PAX including myself were a bit off or tired. They did some EC running and were feeling good about the Broga and their encouragement helped.
