The Thang
Thang 1- All of the pax found a partner. The first pax completed an AMRAP while the second bear crawled to the first cone, lunge walked to the second cone, kareokied to the third come, and kareokied the facing the opposite way to the last cone. From the last cone they then ran back to their partner to switch and complete the AMRAP exercise. There were four AMRAP exercises in all to complete.
2nd Thang- The PAX kept their partners and went to the hill. At the hill, one PAX ran up the hill and completed 10 shoulder taps and then ran down to switch with their partner. This was a DORA exercise of 150, 100, 75, and 50 reps of ab exercises.
3rd Thang- The PAX grabbed their coupons and went to the pavilion. It was an OYO exercise to finish. The PAX completed a ladder workout. After completing the ladder, they ran around the pavilion to start again. It was 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10 reps of various coupon, leg, and arm exercises.

I spoke about how I am working on being a better husband. F3 has been a strong influence with this. My wife was even excited to learn the M means most important person. I have been reading a book in the morning that gives 75 ways to be closer with your wife. There is something every day that you can read and carry out with your M. There are also some Bible verses that go along with each tip for the day. It is important to help your wife feel loved and cherished. This is important for having good relations, if you know what I mean🙂 This will bring you closer together. The absence of having relations further separates a married couple. Work on helping your wife feel cherished and loved. If a book is a good aide, use it. You will be closer and stronger as a couple.
