This will be my 100th Post since 6/25/2021! Come join me at DT for a whole body burner. I will guarantee that there will be no Burpee’s, Limited Running, and we will utilize the parking garage!Bring your Coupons, Gloves and Pavement shoes.  I will continue the DT Quote of the day, “Don’t Be A Bitch” and head to Dark tower with 3 options.  BD with  and LST with !  The “don’t be a bitch” ties in nicely with my COT!!!

4 Corners – OYO after Round #1

Start with a lap around the four corners after each round

Round #1 – 10 Reps Each
Curls, Overhead Press,
Derkins, Plank Position to Bent over Row w/ Merkin

Round #2 – 20 Reps Each
Thrusters, Skull Crushers, Big Boys, Plank Position Shoulder Tap and Ankle Taps on Coupon

Round #3 – 30 Reps Each
Hammer Curls, Coupon Squats, Reverse Crunch, Side to Side Steps on Coupon

After completing 3 rounds start again at round #1 3o Reps, Round #2 20 Reps and Round #3 10 Reps.  We had enough time to finish out a total of 4 Rounds.  A few others may have finished 5 Rounds.  Did a final lap together as a group.

Commitment

We all make commitments to out families, friends and to F3 workouts.  Most of the time we all follow through on those commitments.  We are accountable to someone else.  Today I want to focus on those commitments you make to yourself.  When you don’t come through on those commitments you are letting yourself down and that is easy to do.  You are not accountable to anyone else.  I believe one of the biggest keys to success is honoring those commitments that you make to yourself.  Dieting is a prime example.  We know you what to do.  Move more and shove less shit in your mouth.  Same goes with life and work.  Do what you know to do and honor your commitments to yourself.  Don’t let anything or anyone make you their Bitch.
