Introduction
F3N PAX-On February 15, 2019, a disgruntled employee of the Henry Pratt plant came to work ready to die. That morning he shot and killed 5 coworkers and injured two more. The shooter also shot 5 police officers, wounding 1 critically. Come out to La Luz for a one hour pearls on a string BC that will have PAX traveling from La Luz to the Henry Pratt.
Wear a vest/ruck that you can run in so you can carry the same weight Law Enforcement carried that day. Wear running shoes. Bring a sandbag if you have one. Any weight will do.
Route will be posted in the thread. Please check the embedded video to partially understand the experience that took place that day for civilians and first responders.

4 years ago an employee of the Henry Pratt Company was disgruntled over being fired and shot 12 people, killing 5. Things haven’t changed. Just on the 13th there was an active shooter at MSU where 3 died and 5 more were shot.
Point wherever, gun control, mental health. It is debatable. But one thing for sure, there is no reason why someone should be unhappy in life and feel that killing innocent people is the option.
Further CoT-Out of 100 soldiers at war it is believed that 10 of them will have no business being there, 80 will just be doing their job and going through the motions, 9 will be there to fight, 1 will be a bad ass warrior.
People don’t think that being in an active shooter situation will happen to them. But it is more likely than one thinks. When it happens, will you be part of the 10, part of the 80, or one of the 9? Maybe even the 1?
If you are at the movies, work, or the gas station and you end up in one of these situations, act. Don’t be the person that runs away thinking of themself only. Help people get to safety, take out the shooter, if you don’t have a firearm consider sacrificing yourself so others may live.
Just do something to stop the situation.

I saw some new faces and some faces I hadn’t seen in a while. I appreciate everyone coming out.
This was an important workout that was way more than a workout, but sharing an experience that changed may people’s lives. The guys that came to the workout gave the situation the respect it deserved.
