Introduction

It was raining sideways and I knew it was gonna be one of those beatdowns when self doubt would rear its ugly head. Those are my favorites.

Warm-O-Rama

Took a quick mosey around the course. Arm circles on the move to save time and show the course.

The Thang

Running Clock OYN

25 Burpees

Run 200 yards out: 30 Derkins

Run Back 299 yards: 20 Apollo Onos

10 Pullups/Chinups

20 Single are dumbell snatches (10 each arm) 25-30 lbs dumbells/kettlebells

5 Burpees at the base of stairs, run stairs, 5 more burpees at the top

Run down the backside of the hill

10 Thrusters

Rinse and repeat

5:55 cooldown with SSH in cadence, arm circles, Michael Phelps, “strengthen and lengthen quads and hipflexors.
