Circle of Trust
It’s important to find balance and be intentional with our we choose to spend our limited time. I was able to work fully remote for 3 years and returned to a hybrid model with a mandatory 3 days in the office 5 weeks ago. Going back to the office has made me realize how much I took for granted the time I had with my 2.0’s and the increased work load on my M to get the kids to their activities 3 days of the week. As a result, I’ve tried harder to prioritize my time and achieve a better balance between all my activities. These choices include not only deciding which activities I will say “yes” to, but also which activities I will decide not to do.

Thanks to all the PAX that came out today who motivate me to push harder even when it’s not easy. I’m always striving to improve my Q’s and find opportunities to get out of my Q’ing comfort zone. Appreciate the AAR today.
