PREBLAST – IRON LION – 1/5/22 – 0515
@channelWe’ll meet in the high school parking lot and be on the pavement. Temps won’t be too bad but we’ve got wind and a chance for some light snow. We’ll stay together, keep moving, and climb that ladder! Get out of your fartsack and join YHC. Don’t loose what we’ve worked so hard to achieve, let’s get out there!

Got through the Squats at round 7 then it was 6am. Would be good if we had an hour! No Mary.

Damn cold! But we kept moving and kept warm. Stayed out of the wind during the exercises. Great to had Callahan and Sputnik back out from COVID!!!!
