Introduction
Today’s Theme: “What Are You Fighting For?”
Purpose: Remember the F3 Concentrica. Stand Tall.
At 5:12, each PAX was issued an envelope prepared by Bob Ross with a folded document inside along with a stick of Chalk.
Each PAX was asked by Bob Ross to write their name on the envelope with a Sharpie, keep them closed, keep their Chalk.
What was inside the envelopes??

Our Awesome Site Q, Clearcoat, brought the tunes and we started Right on Time at 5:15AM!!

Grab your Envelope and Chalk!
Line up in 2 lines behind FIB and Road Coach — Rebel (Indian) Run in (2) Tight Lines to Waubonsee High School Parking Lot – under the lights by the Bus Garage.
Note: (3) Powerful PAX stayed back from the Rebel Run in MASH —
— Rusty recovering from Knee Surgery
— Cornigstone and Woodpecker caring for Backs and listening to their bodies — However, Rusty drove them thru the MASH Workout, with their envelopes and chalk, with sweat and appropriate pain!!
The Thang
One in Waubonsee Lot, under the lights, we stayed in (2) Lines and each PAX took a parking space….and Same with MASH.
Each PAX wrote his name in Chalk at the top of the Space and Bob Ross instructed them to open their envelopes. Inside was a printed document, prepared by BR, with the Conentrica elements 1-5:
1) Our Sky Q & Honesty of Heart
2)Our M or Significant
3) Our 2.0’s & 3.0’s
4) Our Parents & siblings and extended Families
5) Our Greater community including our F3 Brothers.
We honored each point, #1-#5, individually with an exercise set, i.e.: (100) Freddie Mercuries, followed by a Rebel Run around the parking lot and back into our Parking Spaces.
Having Completed each run, we EACH MARKED OUR OWN Check mark in Chalk below our Names and a PAX read out the Concetrica point. On to the next…until we were done.
Back in 2 lines and Rebel Run back to the Flags — just in time to rejoin our MASH Brothers and deliver on (3) minutes of MofM — Twilight closed us out with (15) Peter Parkers. 6:00AM and we were done!
Circle of Trust
Clearcoat read the Announcements and posted our Name-o-Rama to Instagram.
We all took a knee – Ball of Man. Roach Coach aptly noted that We EACH OWNED our Parking Spaces today– our Conentrica. We prayed for our Soldiers in Arms in Afghanistan, those who suffered thru the Hurricane Ida in New Orleans, Appletini’s brother-Tom, Rusty’s Family and his Dad, Laura and one other special intention.
We prayed an Our Father together and we ended — -knowing our Father’s Love.
EACH PAX initialed and dated his Concentrica document and we took a picture by the Flags.
