Introduction
Super pumped up for the cold crisp weather and some football on a Monday morning…. Arrived at 4:45am to get things set up…. Holy shit it was dark out in the large field at the Ridge. Had some heavy metal jamming which was awesome. Got out to the field and set up some large LED lights for 4 corners of the makeshift football field. Was a bit unsure how the morning was going to go but it rocked!

Extreme Football in the pitch black!. Red vs Blue with a glow in the dark football and LED wristbands to correspond with your team color..
Every drop was merkins/burpees/big boy or high knees. Whatever one I didn’t want to do at the time is what we did.
Every TD was 20 Side Straddle Hops- OYO
We did this routing for about 33 minutes before we ended with 2 hard sprints then back to the flags
