Prayers for Cataracts as he continues to mourn the loss of his mother

Prayers for Clearcoat and his M during the third trimester as they head towards a January delivery

We wake up every day with 100 ten-minute blocks of time at our disposal (Assuming you sleep about 7 hours a night). If you feel like you are in a rut, try doing something different than normal with two or three of today’s blocks. Big things are built from taking small steps and making small incremental changes. Use 2-3 blocks to say some additional prayers, put the phone down and be present with the kids, go for a walk, call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, or if you are Bassmaster drink a couple extra Busch Lights.

Naked Man Moleskin

Didn’t state it in my pre-blast but I think this may have been my AO VQ. I can’t recall if I ever led a BD at La Luz or not. Either way, it was great to see some fresh faces and some old ones I haven’t seen in a while. Algorithm was super quick to catch on to my ultra-confusing numerical pattern and was sure to encourage the PAX to do a couple extra moans each round we got to the higher number.
