I’m currently reading the book of John in the new testament.
Yesterday in my studies I came across one of my favorite stories in the bible. The one about the adulteress and Jesus.
Long story short a woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. The Pharisees were testing Jesus, that they might have something to accuse him of. They kept asking him “what do you say?” yet he continued to ignore them until…

I shared a bit more on how this verse has helped my life using examples of before, when and after I’ve judged someone. I aspire to one day not judge at all. Until then I’ll keep verse close by as my guardrail.

Naked Man Moleskin
The BP energy this morning was one of a Black Diamond Run Club. PAX were flying this morning really pushing themselves and everyone in attendance. 4 rucked and 16 ran. Out of those 16 more than half ran sub 8’s, and some closer to a 7 minute pace. Yesterday evening I was craving an adult beverage however I passed because my desire to perform this morning was greater. Speed of the Leader, Speed of the Pack (PAX). Ringo facilitated an excellent Q Source, RX was the beast ass dude that he is covering my six and last but not least mad respect to Dr Feel Good keeping me uncomfortable miles 3-5. All the sudden I look to my left thinking its Sam Walton (who crushed it BTW) and it’s DFG saying YOU DONT KNOW ME SON! He didn’t say that however that’s what I heard in my mind. Too many more PAX to give credit to, do me a favor and see for yourself on slack. BP definitely had the app on meltdown @ 0600. Thanks my brothers, Strength & Honor!
