Grab your coupon and move. We ran around the entire AO, pearls on a string style and explored the area. Chest, Back and shoulders body weight/sand bag/coupon PT sprinkled in liberally along the way. Some of it OYO, some IC.

We prayed for the blessing we have to be able to be out at the Bear on this blustery morning and be able to complain about it and enjoy a workout while others in the world clean up wreckage, fight wars, go hungry, and fear persecution.
Naked Man Moleskin
This was my first real time at the Bear as my only other time was a Broga. This was demonstrated as I went to the West Parking lot first and based the entire workout off that location.
No biggie, modify as necessary.
We went at it and toured the entire AO and the PAX worked hard. It was nice getting out this way and meeting newer PAX. This by far is the most complete AO, equipment and resource wise. It may not be scenic, but it literally has everything, fields, a huge hill, long paved paths, tons of pull-up equipment, tons of other exercise equipment, all kinds of modifiable stuff through out, a freekin’ zip line!
I liked the pearl on a string around the AO routine here with the bag or coupon. Expect to see it again with tweaks.
I will make it a goal to be back and run Q’s here again on Monday’s.
