Introduction
It was my turn to Q our unofficial big boy run club. Rather than a normal long run, the group has enjoyed doing more short-distance bursts, which I tried to stay with… and a little extra fun at the end.

The Thang
Thang 1: We ran.
1) Indian run from flags to school parking lot.
2) Run one lap around lot OYO, wait for the six. Then run a second lap faster than the first lap.
3) Indian run to back side of hill.
4) Bernie Sanders up and forward down other side. Same coming back. Repeat, only with forward running.
5) Indian run to center of baseball diamonds.
6) On each of four spokes, sprint to end of outfield fence line and mosey back to start. X4
This all equated to about 2.0-2.25 miles of running.
Thang 2: We played bags.
Crambone and Bean Counter defeated Carmen San Diego and Ken Doll 24-17.

This was a fun morning. I wanted to mix it up a little by doing our running bursts then have a friendly little game of bags over the last 10 minutes. Pdairies Point was kind enough to place permanent bags board structures out there; the least we could do was use them.
Good work by all this morning moving around the AO. Until next time…
