We went to Central Park with 3 60 lbs sandbags and 4 coupons. About a mile. Rotating them on the way. 3 PAX with sandbags and 2 PAX doing farmers carry.
In Central Park. One person at a time was running a loop in a park with 60LBS sandbag while others doing:
100 merkins
150 goblet squats
200 – step ups
After that came back to the bottom of hill. About a mile back. Came back 5:50
On the bottom of the hill. While one person running up and down the hill with sandbag , others did:

Circle of Trust
I was taking to my brother over the weekend, he is in Ukraine and he doesn’t have water for 2 weeks. His wife and kid moved to Germany couple days ago. Life is fragile, make you think how spoilt we are and I was listening Danzel Washington speech over the weekend that I’d like to share.
