Roughly a mile warm-up to familiarize the PAX with the AO.
The Thang
2 x 0.25 mile interval around the small loop.
Sandbag Race:
3 x 0.66 mile intervals as one PAX runs a 0.46 mile interval with a sandbag. Try and beat the PAX with the sandbag.
Break for an indian run for about 0.7 miles. Out of Seager Park to Yorkshire Manor park and through the neighborhood.
1 x 0.25 mile interval around the small loop.
Back to sandbag races. 4 x 0.66 mile intervals, while one PAX runs with the sand bag for 0.46 miles.
Final few minutes, ~0.7-0.8 mile indian run up to Leona Mae Ct. and back.

My son, who is 4 years old, had his first soccer game ever on Saturday. His team played a team coached by F3’s very own Overthrow. The other team crushed us 10-1.
My son is the smallest kid on the team and while had fun running around, he wasn’t aggressive in attacking the ball. So the next day we went out to the park and worked on taking the ball away. We get to practice on Monday evening, and it was a night and day difference. He was aggressive going after the ball and was awesome to see. Going forward my son likely won’t lead the team in goals scored, but he sure as heck will lead the team in red cards.
The takeaway: I’m still a pretty inexperienced dad, but I found it very cool to see how my effort in something small like this can directly impact what my son does or doesn’t do. The effort we put in with our 2.0s has a huge impact.

Really helpful that Bush stepped up with 6 duties without me asking. HIM. Probably one of the craziest NoRs I’ve witnessed.
Lightfoot & Putt Putt continue to put in the work week after week. Awesome to see both of you continue to make big gains.
