Introduction

I picked up this Q on Monday after seeing that it was still open.  I usually run at The Citadel on Thursday’s so instead of the usual boot camp style workout, we were going to run instead!  I have done many EC runs before Saturday morning boot camps so coming up with a route to start this was no problem!

Stretching for 15 seconds for each of the following:

feet apart, left leg, middle, right leg

left leg over right, bend over to touch your toes

right leg over left, bend over to touch your toes

while standing, grab left ankle with left hand , stretch with knees together

while standing, grab right ankle with right hand , stretch with knees together

while standing, left foot on top of right knee, squat as low as you can go

while standing, right foot on top of left knee, squat as low as you can go

The Thang

After the warm up, we started or GPS device of choice and ran around the outer path of Black Panther.  Each lap is approx 1.6 miles.  Goal was for 2 full laps.  If finished early, keep running until 5:54am for Mary.

Naked Man Moleskin

Today marked the “First” ever Run Club workout at Black Panther.  I started my F3 Journey at BP back in late Sept. 2018 and cannot remember anyone ever Qing a RC here.  So I scoured the internet for “firsts” in history and compiled a list for the PAX to appreciate.  After a few moments, Captain Underpants grew agitated and I cut the list short (maybe he was cold?).  As you can see, this RC will rank right up there with any of the following “firsts” in history!!!

OFFICIAL RUN CLUB.  THERE HAVE BEEN MANY BOOTCAMPS AND MOST RECENTLY RUCK CLUBS HERE AT BLACK PANTHER BUT DEC 17TH 2020 WILL BE ADDED TO THE AFOREMENTIONED TO BE REMEMBERED FOREVER IN HISTORY. I THANK EACH OF YOU FOR HELPING ME MAKE HISTORY TODAY FOR THE WORLD TO REMEMBER!!!
