Introduction
Great morning. Good to get back to BP to Q a BC. Nice to see old faces (cap, toasted, boston, cakes, DJ, judge) and new ones (diaper, odouls, cheney, jerry). Weather was perfect. Glad I got out for day 3 in a row.

The Thang
Dropped the coupons at the shelter, then mosey’d down path to big lawn.
Thang1:
Path to path bear crawled, burpees till the 6 in. Then mosey to playground.
Thang 2
Broke into 2 groups. Group 1 did Deconstructed pull ups (hang for 10 seconds, hold high for 10 seconds, the do the lowering part of a pullup 10x) and Group 2 did burpees till Group 1 finished. 3 rounds each. Mosey back to shelter.

P1 overhead pulls 15
P2 curls switch when pulls get to 15

Run to top of hill 10 Burpees (did 10 as group with the 6)

Sometimes to take care of others, you may end up taking care of yourself too do that.
I think of where I might be without F3. Probably in a terrible place. Out of shape, struggling with despair, fighting with the overwhelming sense that “I need to do something but I just don’t have the energy”. The physical and emotional toil would weigh so heavy on my ability to patiently deal with the stresses of life, work, family. And when I’m in that place, I’m likely to lash out when I shouldn’t, give up and let others down when they’re counting on me, and lose the ability to stand for others when they themselves can’t.
So don’t think this, this F3, is just for us. We do this because it helps others. It’s not selfish. We’re getting up early and getting it done so we are free, and stronger, and better equipped to help others through the day.
Proverbs 27:17 says that as iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another. We don’t sharpen tools so that they can look pretty; it is so that they are effective when used.
