Introduction
Started the month off right with a much needed Broga session! All the men showed up, gave it their best and modified as needed. Everyone was wearing pants or shorts which was a good thing.
Warm-O-Rama
Warm-O-Rama was built into the yoga flow. Began with some deep stretches, really focusing on our breath and awareness.
The Thang
It was nice to have a full hour. We went through a nice paced power yoga flow. Strengthening, stretching and breathing into the best version of ourselves. We didn’t let up and kept a steady pace throughout the practice. Ended with a longer savasana which helped with everyone leaving a bit more relaxed and calmer.
Circle of Trust
All announcements were shared by Aladdin. I do a horrible job about asking for prayer requests. Our prayers are with all those in our lives who are in need of our prayers and support at this time. I will do better next time to remember to ask for prayer requests.

I’m grateful to have this platform to share a part of me with other men in our community. When guys continue to show up in the gloom and give to themselves and others it really encourages and empowers me to do the same.
I left with encouraging all of us to share and express are uniqueness to the world no matter what.
Thanks to all the men who showed up to better themselves and those around them in some way.
It’s an honor to be involved with such a good group of guys.
