Join me in what will be Burpee Thursday but on a Monday.

I don’t love them, I assume most of you don’t love them, but sometimes we have to grit it out to get stronger.

I have done this workout many Thursdays in my court at 515, now I bring it to F3 to share with the rest of the PAX.

We will do a few different varieties of the burpee, but mainly burpees.

Bring your coupon and gloves as your hands will be on the pavement.
