Introduction

Can’t believe its taken me this long to Q DT.  Join YHC for his birthday Q and AOVQ if you’re around and not on a plane to spring break!

I’ll be bringing what I call the ladder of death to the dark tower regulars.  IL and LP already went through this pain, but your welcome to come back for more!  I with WiaB at my side, I can’t go wrong and won’t disappoint.

Coffee on the birthday boy at Sparrow after!

Warm-O-Rama

SSH X 15 in cadence

Abe Vigodas to 10 in cadence

Michael Phelps to 10 in cadence

Short Mosey

The Thang

The ladder of death consists of as many rounds as possible counting upwards.  Max historically as been 19 so we tried to beat that.

Following exercises in each round:

-standing coupon rows

-standing coupon shoulder press

-coupon lying shoulder press

-big boys

-air squats

-Mosey to the cones and back

Rinse and repeat as many rounds as possible within the time we had.  We tied at 19 yet again.

Circle of Trust

Today I talked about this significance of a PAX birthday.  This was the first one I’ve had where I really didn’t think much of it, nor got excited, but I thanked God for another year of precious life on earth.  35 does mean something different.  Much closer to 40?  You seasoned PAX can relate :).  Unique to me, I’ve always shared by birthday along with my brother and sister because we are triplets.  We’ve NEVER bought each other gifts…it just never occurred to us.  Sometimes I wish we would have.  I have a very close friend (trying to get to F3) who tells me that when its my birthday, I’ve got him.  Whatever I want to do, he will be there and he never misses.  It’s that important in his mind, and I respect that.  Remember your birthday’s, cherish them.  Take the time to be thankful and give to others.

Naked Man Moleskin

Well, I certainly had MARY planned in this one.  But, I’ve never been challenged by a PAX so well as a Q and today, HOOTIE certainly did that along with a few followers as well.  Hootie was destined to get us to 20 rounds, and at the end he was very hard to keep up with.  My cadence was starting to get drowned out, it was funny.  Funny thing is, I liked what we did better which was pushing to get to 20 rounds, much better than MARY.

My awesome Site Q WiaB kept us aligned.  He challenged us as well, and even tended to “Cricket” a downrange PAX as our guest and showed him the way.  He even let Cricket choose from an array of coupons he had handy in his trunk.  Regular coupons, big boy coupons, coupons with handles, without handles, painted coupons, and even water proof coupons.  Unbelievable.

It was nice to see Twinning, Chicklets, Snowden, Sarah Palin, Hootie, Pie, Fender Bender, Dingo, and of course WiaB as Site Q.  Cricket-great to meet you!

Thanks for the support men, it was a fun morning and a nice start to a birthday.
