There is a heatwave on Saturday at DT!  Join me as I Q the last post of my 6 pack this week! We will be celebrating  and his accomplishment of over 201 slack comments!!! So proud of him!!! :clap:

Thang #1

We did 3 Rounds of the Exercises Below.  We stayed together for each round.  We are better together!

Exercises for each Round:

-Overhead Press Left to Right Side – 10 Reps

-Bent Over Rows – 20 Reps

Overhead Hold – 30 Seconds

-Overhead Press – 15 Reps

-Coupon Lunges – 20 Reps (10 Each Leg)

-Coupon Curls – 20 Reps

-Run a lap around the 2 inner bridges. Round 1 Lunges on each Bridge.  Round 2 Bear Crawl across each bridge.  Round 3 we did 50 Monkey Humpers at each Bridge.

– Flutter Kicks with the Coupon until the 6 is in or 50 Reps for each round.

11’s – Start with 10 Burpees and 1 Merkin

Several guys thought the Saturday workout was only 45 minutes.  Some were a little confused when I kept kicking there butts for 15 more minutes with the 11’s.  They are just lucky we didn’t get to those Prisoner Indian Runs!  It was about 12 degrees out but we kept moving to stay warm.
