Introduction

10-4 good buddy!  Let’s do some 10-4’s, 10 reps each of 4 different exercises in sequence.  Each 10-4 round separated by a 30 yard out and 30 yard back segment.  This is where the murder bunnies from IPC came back to haunt us and break Backstage’s coupons (I did suggest measuring 30 yards on grass).

The M and I have been transitioning to mobile living following her 13 week travel nurse contracts.  We have been in the motorhome in Stoughton, WI since early May, surrounded by nearby friends and family.  October 17 we depart for San Diego, California (unfortunately will miss out on the Tri-County launch that day).  We will be on the West Coast for 6-7 months.  Being in an RV, space is at a premium, which has led to some debates about who needs/wants to bring what on the road.  One contentious item was my M’s prized deck chairs, which I felt were too much of space hogs.  I finally relented a couple months back, apologized for making it an issue, and asked forgiveness.  She brought it up again over the weekend, so I had to ask “am I forgiven or not?”.  I can clearly see that she needs to work on having a forgiving spirit.  It is so easy to see faults in others, but Jesus reminds us in this parable:

Why do you notice the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?  Or how can say to your brother “Let me take the speck out of your eye” when there is a log in your own eye?  You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.  Mathew 7:3-5

It is a good reminder to search our own soul before finding the fault in others.

For Ryan who has been battling bladder cancer and is now in the hospital fighting Covid.

For Eddie who is awaiting some test results.

For Karen who has been fighting pancreatic cancer and is too weak for them to continue treatments and is being placed in hospice.

It was fun to bring back the Murder Bunnies this morning, I was just not prepared for the devastation they would wreak… breaking 3 coupons at the Backstage Bro’ Garage.  They don’t call them Murder Bunnies for nuthin’.

Looking forward to one more Viruosity Q before heading to the Pacific time zone and hopefully finding places to post DR!
