4 Cones in 4 corners of the hill field. After we are done with a cone we go up the hill, 5 burpees and come back to the cone

Cone 1:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Curls
  • 10 Bent Over Rows
  • Rifle Carry to the next cone

Cone 2:

  • 20 Thrusters
  • 20 Curls
  • 20 Bent Over Rows
  • Murder Bunnys the next cone

Cone 3:

  • 30 Thrusters
  • 30 Curls
  • 30 Bent Over Rows
  • Rifle Carry to the next cone

  • 40 Thrusters

  • Wall sit at the coffeteria
