The Thang
Title of workout – Day 76
Thang 1 (15 min): Plank/Indian Run from DT parking lot, down path toward cafe
Bottom of the hill and perform the following starting at the cones (7 days a week, 7 movements below)
-Burpee Broad Jump up the hill, mosey down
-Bear crawl up the hill, mosey down
-Run up hill, mosey down (x3)
-Bear crawl up hill, mosey down
-Burpee Broad Jump up the hill
Thang 2 (15 min): Twice a day, 75 days (75 total reps)
Line up, last person do 2 (for twice a day) flying squirrels, sprint to front of the line, repeat until we arrive at pavilion (far west with tables)
Assign PAX to tables, Irkins (10) and Derkin (10) x2, Merkins (10) x2, Drydocks (15) – I forgot which exercise it was supposed to be at Merkins, we did lunges instead.
Thang 3: (10 min): 1 Gallon of water per day (75 gallons of water to move)
Run to river with buckets set up, move 5 gallon buckets from river fill up spot, over bridge, dump at other location, each pax did 4 runs
Thang 4 (5 min): No cheat meals or alcohol
Tabata routine (40 on 20 off) – no cheating ๐ to some of my favorites
-Turkish Get Ups, elbows only, no hands, left side for 40, right side for 40
-Flutter kicks
-American Hammers
-Merkins
-Slo mo flutter kicks
-Slo mo Freddy Mercury’s

Today was supposed to be Day 76 of 75 hard. Unfortunately, I failed to complete tasks on Day 71 & 72. However, instead of it being over today, its Day 76 and we continue the journey unofficially. The thought here is that I am very happy with how I feel mentally, physically (most of the time) and getting there spiritually. All the habits that were established in the last 75 days allow me to appreciate everything in life more. The “Royalty Race” is being won by the King and Queen, but the Jester looms. Set goals, commit yourself, evaluate, reassess and then try again.

Thanks to the 7 pax that came out today, pushed their limits and managed to look really out of breath in the NoR…always appreciate you making the workout look harder than it was ๐
