Circle of Trust

When I was in the Army I was part of a group.  We were family, we literally lived and Died for each other.  Since I left the Army I have not had that same group feeling, and there has always been an emptiness inside of me.  The guys I know from the army we still talk via email, phone and text, but its not just the same.  Some of them live in other Countries like Germany, Australia and London.  I see some of the guys who are scattered across the entire US every now or then when I travel for work.  We catch up have a beer or what not.  But I just never felt part of something since then.  When I got out, of course I made friends, but at times I feel I was forcing friendships.  Then I joined F3, and once I got deep into it, that group feeling, being part of something started coming back.  Sure there are Clicks in the group, this set of guys lives in this neighborhood, or that set lives in that neighborhood, but we are a family, make no mistake about it.  These Reindeer games have really brought alot of us together, we go about these Rucks or Runs, and get a chance to really get to know one another, we talk about families, jobs, we begin to form those bonds.  I consider each and every one of you part of that family.  I thank you for allowing me into this group, and as corny as it may sound, I finally feel complete again.  So thank you.  I bust my ass at these BCs and I do it because i am glad to be here, you guys give me the strength to do that.  I really do appreciate it.

Our Heavenly Father, we thank you for this beautiful day, it wasnt too cold, or too hot, we thank you for each other and the guys that came out today.  We ask that you watch over the entire F3 family, their friends, families and loved ones.  We all know people that need your special prayers, we ask that you grant them that and watch over them.  Please help us to be better today than yesterday and better tomorrow than we will be today.  In your name we pray Amen
