Introduction

We’re going to meet down range on our first official Monday.   Meet me at the Robert “Dutch” Schultz Recreation Area,  right next to the Palatine Hills Country Club.  We’ll mosey,  explore the site, and hit up the outdoor fitness center like Arnold on muscle beach.

Naked Man Moleskin

The outdoor fitness equipment looks a lot cooler than it is, though it was nice to get some pulling exercises in.  I’ll probably do it again, but not for  a while.
