This is an AOVQ for yours truly. After more than 2 years in F3, It’s an honor to Q at Dark Tower for the FIRST time EVER. It seemed like the Q sheet of DT was always filled out and I missed some chances…

Thang 1 ELEVENS
Blockees (1x) Run up the hill. At the apex – perform Squatjumps (10x) . Run back down.
Thang 2 Partner up
Partner 1 BearCrawl up the hill then back, while
Partner 2 Squat jumps Vigoda.
Each take turns until both partners have performed 6 uphill BearCrawl
Thang 3 One Hundreds
Oyo pax perform a given exercise. First one to do a hundred reps yells “100!” Then all pax runs around the kiosk then back

My second granddaughter was born last Wednesday 10/28. It was a joyful feeling.
