Introduction
In an effort to mess with Serena, YHC immediately followed his preblast and said the opposite of everything he said:
Well, my ass isn’t getting larger, I don’t know what a major is, I have 14 more years left until the gov will let me retire, and I don’t know how to play tennis.
But I do know this, at Dark Tower, “Home of the Brave”, we work and we have a hill. Show up tomorrow with a coupon (big or little, we don’t discriminate) and you are gauranteed to get a good workout in.
Yes, at DT you will also need shoes.

Circle of Trust
If you regularly attend my Q’s you notice that my CoT’s link together like a daisy chain. Almost like there is a story being told. One after another, Each CoT builds off the last CoT. The Convergence CoT, this past Wednesday’s run club, then today. each one built off the last. Purposely.
Today the CoT…”What comes easy won’t last, what last won’t come easy”.
None of our best memories come off of easy life events. They all come from getting through difficult events in life. Our best memories come from our trials and tribulations.
The birth of a child is not easy. Getting through a major incident in our career. An injury in sporting life that you persevere through and succeed.
These are the events that bring the best memories.
If we have a windfall of money. That money is gone immediately and we move on. It’s forgotten.
Life’s events that we fight for or work hard for are the ones that last in our memories.
Stand tall in life, move forward and persevere. Move towards your problems head on and face them. You are not alone. Lean on your family. Your family in F3, or whatever you call your family. They are there for you. Stand tall and face whatever you are confronted with and you will get through it.
We continued prayers for Hot Box and those affected in Highland Park. We also touched on those in Aurora. It has been over 3 years since that mass shooting and we cannot forget that those affected by that incident are still affected by it and suffer from it every day.
Naked Man Moleskin
I told the PAX the directions and that we would be going non-stop. I also told them to not concern themselves with 0600. If we hit 0602 or 0603, they would survive. We were going to finish the last thang/mary and we weren’t going to stop until it was finished. This workout would be hard, but they would be happy when it was done. Because, “There’s nothing as unstoppable as a freight train full of fuck-yeah”. Aye!
I give the PAX credit. They all got at it and kept it moving. It was a hard workout. We all struggled.
Credit to Flubber, he received some encouragement at the end of Thang 1 and picked himself up and kept moving. You are accelerating day by day, Flubber, and we are stronger with you.
Big props to Wide Right who fartsacked the workout in title only. He had mentioned that his 2.0’s would be home alone and he may have to take off if there was an issue. He messaged me in the morning and said he chose not to come as he was worried. It’s not always about the workout. Big time HIM.
That brings me to a related topic. A fartsack is not always a fartsack. Don’t be quick to judge. You never know what a PAX/HIM is dealing with in life.
