Introduction
There is a hall-of-fame Q lineup for you to choose from on Tuesday, 11.16. If DT is your jam, I’ll be rocking an AOVQ session, which will be a mix of upper body + cardio.
We will mosey about mostly on paved surfaces w/coupons and get after it on what’s shaping up to be a brisk mid-November morning

-Hold plank on your coupon for the 6
-Circle up: motivators from 4
-Grab coupon and mosey back to the cul-de-sac circle by flags.
Thang 2
– Partner Dora – run around opposite cul-de-sac and back
-100 Lat pull overs
-100 Skull crushers
(due to time, had to modify by removing 300 curls and subtracting 100 off skull crushers)
-Ring of Fire by flags – 8 coupon curls, holding at 90 degrees until we’ve gone all the way around
-Thunderstruck: Hold high plank and every time you hear “thunder” do a merkin. We did LBCs IC x10 and Flutter kicks IC x10 in the middle as an interlude before finishing the last minute back to plank + merkin

Theme: Getting out of your comfort zone.
This is probably one of the most-often cited topics in the COT, but I think it bears repeating regularly as it may resonate with a certain PAX on a certain day.
Start with a short quote from Roy Bennet:
“The comfort zone is a psychological state in which one feels familiar, safe, at ease, and secure. If you always do what is easy and choose the path of least resistance, you never step outside your comfort zone.
Great things don’t come from comfort zones.”
– Connecting the dots to what we do here at F3, I live super close to the Outpost, and up until last week, all of my Qs and the majority of my posts have been there.
– It’s comfortable. It’s familiar.
– I’ve posted at DT 15+ times and haven’t Q’d here until today.
– Key message from me is to try and get outside your comfort zone as much as possible. Whether here at F3, or in other areas of your life. Great things don’t come from comfort zones.

– Better time/distance judgement on the Thangs to not have to shave off so much of the Partner Dora, in order to get to Ring of Fire and Thunderstruck.
