  • Partner up – Dora –Plank w/weight on back while partner runs to far light pole and back. Repeat 5x each

  • Chest Press on my up 15x
  • Heavy SandBag Partner Carry downhill and back in pairs – rest of guys do No Surrenders or other exercises.

Circle of Trust

Reminder for all HIMs (myself especially).  It’s You v. you when working out.  Don’t compare yourself to others.  My experience has shown me that many HIMs are in many different places in their 1st F journey.  As long as you’re showing up and moving forward (not just showing up), you’re making progress and that’s what’s important.
That being said, encourage each other.  If you see a man struggling, but giving his all, give him encouragement.  “Leave no man behind, leave no man where you found him”.
