Good to be back to the hill and trying some new things. As I approach my 100th Q coming up its not easy to come up with new thangs to keep the workouts fresh. So I’m looking forward to a severe downshifting from Qing after next Friday.
Mellencamp- Always thankful to be your partner in exercises, and its amazing to witness your evolution over the last year.
Nacho Libre- Thank you for bringing out Bedtime and coming out this morning! Your mumblechatter always spices up workouts, and Im thankful for your presence at F-3.
Bedtime- Im thankful that your dad is bringing you into F-3 so you can see what a positive role your father is to others in our organization. Im also thankful your dragged his butt out of bed today.
Daisy- From FNG to quickly destroying workout after workout and now taking over as site Q! Im thankful to witness your energy and drive. Your refusal to take one rep off is a inspiration to others in F-3.
