Introduction
Preblast – “Bring your 2.0s for an EGG-CELLENT WORKOUT at Black Panther. We’ll hunt for eggs together around the AO and do some exercises along the way! This workout will once again be a co-Q for me and my son – Hershey! Men – wear a ruck or vest for the workout. Obviously not for the 2.0s, that’d be silly…Don’t have 2.0s at home? You can still join us! All are welcome for the fun,2nd F at Village Grind following the workout.”
THE TRADITION CONTINUES AT BLACK PANTHER!
It was an early morning as my son and I arrived at the AO around 6:15 to hide the eggs, but after we walked the AO and got everything ready, pax started showing up. There was a little bit of craziness trying to account for the last minute HC’s, but we made it work. Shoutout to Pork Rinds for coming through with extra eggs last minute.

Warm-O-Rama
- Sidle Straddle Hops
- Goofballs
- 2.0 Mosey while adults did burpees
- Stretches
The Thang
Thang 1: There are 4 different zones around the AO where eggs are hidden. We’ll move from zone to zone as a whole group. There SHOULD be enough eggs at each zone for each 2.0 to find one. As kids are looking for eggs, adults are doing an assigned exercise. You can stop doing the exercise when your kid returns with an egg.
Zone 1: SKATEPARK
- Adults ruck around the skatepark while they wait
- When all eggs are found – everyone does SQUATS before we move on
Zone 2: BASEBALL FIELDS
- Adults do merkins while they wait
- When all eggs are found – everyone does SIDE STRADDLE HOPS before we move on
Zone 3: FRONT OF THE SCHOOL
- Adults do Rocky Balboas while we wait
- When all eggs are found – everyone helps PICK UP TRASH before we move on
Zone 4: PLAYGROUND
- Adults do Bonnie Blairs while we wait
- When all eggs are found – adults hold plank while each 2.0 climbs the playground 3 times
Thang 2: Move to the basketball court. Bunny hop to half court, and run back. Bunny hop all the way across the court and then run back. Modify with SKIPPING instead of bunny hop if needed.
Mary: Return to the flags and do 10 sit-ups as a whole group.

CoT: So glad everyone was able to join us today! Hershey and I had fun planning this workout for everyone. It was a great way to start Easter weekend. Easter means different things to different people – but no matter what it means to your family, I hope it is a great weekend.
Hershey said a short prayer thanking God for the day and our time together.
