This will be an attempt to replicate an old bodybuilding workout I did for 2 years, 1 time a week that made me puke every time. I hated it. I don’t know if it will feel the same doing it on the ninja course equipment, but we will find out TOGETHER.
I need a Tight HC count because the number of exercises is determined by the number of pax who attend. I will of course have some extra in the chamber, but it would be a problem if I got 5 HC’s and 17 showed up…
The workout is simple. Try to get to 50 reps. Once you fail you rotate to the next exercise and go for 50 reps again.
If you don’t get 50 reps in one set, then you rotate to the next exercise and try and finish your remaining the next time around. This is a patented Bronco workout, so if someone’s still doing their set when you get to the next exercise, that’s your rest. They stop, you are up.
Now if you finish your 50, Great! You are a superstar! You can help the Six in front of you by completing the same number of reps they just did…Till the last 6 has completed all 50 reps for every exersize.
So you can see how pacing your sets and squeezing each rep will actually be beneficial.
