Introduction
First workout of the year at LP. No frills, no gimmicks, just a good old fashion beatdown.
EC offered to all at 445.
The night before, I checked the weather. Supposed to have rain the entire workout…awesome. Slightly modified the plan so we would have some time under the pavilion. Didn’t really matter….we were going to get wet.
As I pulled in for EC around 4:40, Shells was right ahead of me. Serena wasn’t far behind. We set out for 3 miles in a downpour. Luckily it let up significantly about 1 mile in….
Looped back around just in time to kick off the workout (Except Serena who was a little late due to a mid EC pit stop)
5:15am

Circle of Trust
Each new year, most people have new goals they set for themselves. I encouraged all PAX to share their goals with others to help hold themselves accountable to the goal. The idea of setting goals and communicating them is also contagious. This causes others to want to set a goal for themselves.
Lets set our goals high and be accountable to each other!

Was a grind to get out there and post in the rain and wind this morning. Props to the 3 other PAX that came out and pushed for a full 45. Props to Serena and Shells for the 3 mile EC as well!
