Introduction

I specifically was going to back off Qing after my 100th Q last week. But when Marla Hootch asked for someone to step up for Thursday at Late Start DT I was happy to help. So I guess I’ll just stay as an “on call” Q if needed.

I had an idea I’ve been thinking over awhile and today seemed like the best time to bust it out. Black Lagoon Q for dark Tower is a go . . .

I tried to bend my site Q flag back as the shovel was bent to hell. Instead I broke it. WTF . . .

First partner do penny pincher farmers carry until failure, then switch.

Next Pavilion

20 dips on the park bench with your coupon on your thighs. Feet on your partners coupon.

Back to farmers carries

Next small observation deck/bench area at the NE corner

20 “coupon isolation curls”. With your arms handing over the railing (dont drop your coupon in the lagoon!) set the railing right under your armpits to eliminate body english and do 20 curls

20 Skull crushers

20 Single arm Isolation curls, done in sets of ten, then switch arms

  • each PAX lines up at a post and does 5 close grip standing “merkins”, then move left to the next post. Once at the end, return back to the beginning until you are back at the post you started at.
  • 55 total presses

Farmers carry back to flags.

Spread out at the path, facing up the hill.

BRAVEHEART Ladders

  • Chest throwing your coupon as far as you can, then run to the coupon and back to the path. Then back to the coupon, throw it higher up the hill, and repeat. Finish when all PAX are at the top of the hill.
  • Repeat going back down the hill.

Circle of Trust

With the success of Late Start posts, this opens up two more spots on the Q sheet. With Flush opening up other new AOs, this means that we need more HIMs to step up every single week. So reach out to your fellow PAX and encourage them to step up and lead. We are about to go thorough the natural attrition rate of “fair weather” PAX hibernating until the summer, so the need for men to step up and leader is more needed than ever. This is the cost of admission to F-3 . . . dont be late on your dues . . .

What a great group!!!

One of the reasons I am backing off Qing (besides burnout) is that the messaging and workouts just arent resonating with PAX anymore. That was not the case with a really fantastic group of HIMs today.

  • Bartles and Jaymes. If y’all havent been paying attention, he has been CRUSHING workouts and rucks lately. Take advantage of his company while you can men . . . he is moving to Florida in the very very near future. You will definitely be missed brother.
  • Belichick. Man . .. WAY too long since I have posted with you brother. It was fantastic being with you out ITG again.
  • Buttermaker- Great site Q and incredible leadership to get the late start workouts a going concern! Ill will definitely be back soon.
  • Chaps- Couldnt have asked for a better partner today my friend. Besides your coupon of course . . .(I’ll gift you one with the handles and thicker inside beam)  😉
  • Dorn- This is NOT the man I knew that made his first post sometime in August of 2020. Tons of weight lost, incredible strength reclaimed, and a true HIM that has helped spearhead the Bear and all its success. Appreciate you my friend.
  • Leuben- I laughed inside when I saw you this morning, because I ALMOST brought all the Big Boy coupons to use today, and I remember how displeased you were when I did that last winter at the parking garage. Great, great seeing you out ITG today!!!
  • Marla Hootch- Another one of the HIMs spearheading the late start workouts, Thank you! I think one of the last times we posted together you hurt your knee at an ultimate football game at the complex. definitely been too long!
  • Townie- Always smiling . . . always there to keep spirits up. So glad you were able to make it this morning!
  • Ronda Rousey- One of the HIMs I will always look up to in F-3. The man in black casually destroys workouts like no other, and is ALWAYS a rallying point of support for struggling PAX at every workout. Always honored to post at your side brother. . . .
