Introduction

It’s You vs You.  Time to test your progress with a fitness test.  Get ready for an AMRAP workout.  Bring a coupon cause you’ll need it.

If you haven’t been to a Fitness test before, it’s time to get a baseline.  If you haven’t done on in awhile, it’s a great time to see where you’re at.  SYITG but HC first.

AMRAP(as many reps as possible) in 90 seconds.  60 seconds rest between each set.  12 exercises in the following order:

  1. Merkins
  2. Squats
  3. Big Boy Sit-ups
  4. Lunges
  5. Coupon Swings
  6. Dips
  7. Box Jumps
  8. Curls
  9. Overhead Press
  10. Bentover Rows
  11. Chest Press
  12. Upright Rows

Big thunder claps to all the PAX for showing up and giving their best.  Everyone had some huge numbers in at least one exercise.  Great coffeteria afterwards with almost everyone showing up.  Temperature was around 10 degrees but felt comfortable in the pavilion and I enjoyed the mumble chatter between reps.  60 seconds goes by quick after you’ve pushed yourself for 90 seconds in an AMRAP exercise.  Looking forward to doing this one again in awhile.
