I shared with the PAX how I got into it with the M pretty bad yesterday evening. My “authority” as a husband outranked my example. I set a poor one and was not proud. I repented nonetheless still felt like shit. I practiced Broga and went to bed in a bad state of mind.
I found this quote which has been a go-to for me and this verse as well. I first heard it at one of my Pastors service and it always stuck with me. I looked and looked and couldn’t find it yet thankfully I did. Another go-to for me. That can be found in Lamentation 3:22-24 (particular 3:23)
22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
    for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.
24 I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
    therefore I will wait for him.”
I went to bed in a bad state of mind but with these verses in mind…
This BC today was much needed for me. Marriage is hard, at least it is for me. I reminded the PAX not to let social media fool you. That’s our highlight reel. I let them know shits tough and they’re not alone. We’re all a work in progress.
I went home with a clear mind. Renewed and refreshed. I knew exactly what I had to do when I got home. I had a great conversation with my M and we squashed the beef then and there. Today was amazing. As I’m reflecting now I wonder If I didn’t have a relieve valve aka F3 would the outcome had been the same??? Who knows… I appreciate my brothers picking up this morning, talk about covering my 6.

Naked Man Moleskin

We prayed for all those affected by C19, our boy Flo stuck in Texas – may he remember compassion was new for him this morning, One Bar’s Father & Grandmother & Safe travels for Sweeney Todd headed to Mexico for a couple weeks.

On my way home Handy Mandy came to mind and I prayed for him. Chances are slim he’s reading this yet I want him to know I can’t wait to see HIM back ITG, WE MISS YOU BROTHER!

Amazing effort by all. No callouts, wolves coming to KILL!!! The energy was good, the mummble chatter was lively, the faces were ugly, the sweat was dripping.

WE TIRED, BUT WE DONT GET TIRED!!!
