Wheelbarrows felt like they would never end. Sheesshhh

Quick stretch and warm up to get to the main workout and have enough time for the fun at the end.
The Thang
We did my signature wheelbarrow walks halfway to the bridge with partners there and back.
Making sure we hit every part of the body for a full body burner. Squats for legs, Curls for biceps, Dips for triceps, Lbcs for abs, overhead press for shoulders, merkins for chest
