Circle of Trust
I’ve been coaching one of the 6th grade boys basketball team since November 1st and both boys teams practice together and are playing in the Championship Game tonight at St. Francis. Last night, during our final practice, the coaches and I were talking about how far the boys have come since our first practice 4 1/2 months ago. This put into focus how improvement is incremental, and often slower than we anticipate; however, if you stick with it, you will see dramatic improvement over time.

When I put my name on the Q sheet 4 weeks ago, I expected it to be warming up…instead, it was 10 degrees with a windchill of -6 when we started. Winter, please go away!
